• Select site that is situated in the North-facing direction as it is considered highly auspicious.
• The house’s entrance should be towards the east, since the sun rises from the east and is an unstoppable source of energy and light.
• The living room should be in the northwest for houses facing west and in the northeast for north and east-facing houses.
• The kitchen should ideally be located in the southeast direction.
• The southwest side is best for the master bedroom and it should be occupied by the head of the house.
• The Pooja Ghar should always be placed in the east, north, or the north-east direction of the house.
• The dining room can be placed in the east, west or south.
• Adding Indoor greenery connects freshness and liveliness to the interiors of a home.
